Rotating, reordering and deleting pages in the Capture Assistant

Capture Assistant is available only in PaperPort Professional.

 

To rotate pages

1. Select a thumbnail to be rotated. A blue border indicates that the page is selected.

2. Click the Rotate Left or Rotate Right button in the Page Thumbnail Toolbar or select Rotate Left or Rotate Right from the shortcut menu.

To reorder pages

Thumbnails can be reordered in the Capture Assistant either by drag-and-drop, or by using the Move Left or Move Right buttons from the Page Thumbnail Toolbar, or the equivalent menu items from the shortcut menu.
 

• Drag a thumbnail to be reordered and drop it in its new location. While dragging a page, a blue insertion marker indicates where it gets inserted if dropped.

• Click the Move Left or Move Right button in the Page Thumbnail Toolbar or select Move Left or Move Right from the shortcut menu.

To delete pages

1. Select a thumbnail to be deleted.

2. Click the Delete button on the Page Thumbnail Toolbar or select Delete Page from the shortcut menu.

Note

The page will be immediately deleted without sending a warning message.
