Send To Options — for HTML editor programs
PaperPort supports many HTML editor programs, such as Microsoft FrontPage. You can use these linked programs to convert image items to an HTML file that can be viewed in a web browser.
On the Send To bar, right-click the program icon and then click Send To Options to display the Send To Options dialog box. In the dialog box, you can tune default options for items that you send to the HTML editor program:
Convert image to text — Converts each item to text and inserts the text in the HTML file.
Embed image (JPEG) — Converts each item to a JPEG file and inserts the JPEG image file in the HTML file.
When you use this option, you can click Reduce image to screen resolution (96 dpi) to set the resolution of your JPEG images to 96 dots per inch (dpi). This produces a smaller file with a resolution that is adequate for screen display.
Save HTML files in folder — Identifies the folder in which you want to store your HTML files. You can use the Browse button to navigate to the drive and folder you want.
