To define page titles for PDF and MAX files

Select a multi-page PDF or MAX file in Desktop View.

Click its page title and rewrite it.

Click to go to the next page and rewrite its title as required. Continue this step until all the pages are finished.

Select a multi-page PDF or MAX file in Desktop View.

Right-click the item and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. The Item Properties dialog box will appear.

Type in a page title for Page 1 in the Page selection box.

Click the arrow under the page image to display the next page and type in its title in the Page selection box. Repeat this step until all the pages have their titles.

Click OK.

Select a multi-page PDF or MAX file in Desktop View.

Choose Properties on the Desktop ribbon. The Properties panel will appear.

Type in a page title for Page 1 in the Page selection box.

Click the arrow of the selection box, click Page 2 and type in its title.

Continue naming pages, then click Save.

Display a multi-page PDF or MAX item in Image View.

On the View ribbon, choose Item Properties in the View Options group. The Properties Bar will appear.

Type in a page title for Page 1 in the Page selection box.

Click the thumbnail of the next page and type in its title in the Page selection box.

Continue naming pages, then click Save.
