History of visited folders

The   Back button shows the history of recently visited folders.

To return to previously opened folders

1. On the Desktop ribbon, click the arrow next to Back to see the list of previously visited folders.
2. Choose Back from the list to get back to the most recently visited folder, or select another folder from the list to get back there.

3. Thumbnails of the selected folder appear on the PaperPort Desktop. If Folders is chosen as Function Pane, the corresponding folder is selected and displayed as the active (opened) folder.

Tip

You can use the Back button on both workspaces if the desktop is split. In this case, the Back button always relates to the history of the active workspace.
