To launch Windows Explorer from PaperPort
You can use Windows Explorer to make changes to PaperPort items and folders, such as renaming a folder and moving items to different folders.
Changes you make in Windows Explorer are directly reflected on the PaperPort desktop, just as changes you make to the PaperPort desktop appear in Windows Explorer.
To launch Windows Explorer from PaperPort and display the current folder:
-
Display the PaperPort desktop.
-
On the Tools ribbon, choose Open Explorer.
Windows Explorer displays the PaperPort folder structure with its currently active folder selected. You can now use Windows Explorer to change folders and items as necessary.
Tips
You can drag items from Windows Explorer directly to PaperPort.
If you do not see changes when you switch back to the PaperPort desktop, choose Refresh on the Desktop ribbon to update the PaperPort desktop.
