To create a page of thumbnail images
You can combine multiple items onto a thumbnail page to create an index of images, similar to a photo contact sheet. PaperPort reduces the size of each item to fit as many thumbnails as possible onto each PDF page.
On the PaperPort desktop, select the items you want to include on the thumbnail page.
On the Item ribbon, click the arrow next to Combine Items, and then choose Into Thumbnail PDF Page.
The new thumbnail page appears on the desktop, along with the original items.
You can now send the page to a printer, or use other PaperPort features to annotate, edit, or share the index page as an e-mail attachment.
To select multiple items, hold down the Ctrl key as you click each item.
