To remove pages from a multi-page item 
You can remove, or unstack, one page from a multi-page PDF or PaperPort Image (.max) item or you can unstack all the pages within the item to receive a set of single-page items.
This feature enables you to move, delete, or replace pages from a multi-page item without disturbing other pages.
To remove all pages

On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.

On the Item ribbon, click the arrow next to
Unstack and choose 
All Pages

Click the right mouse button, point to Unstack on the shortcut menu, and then choose All Pages.
To remove a single page

On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.

Use the Page Navigator to display the page you want to remove.

On the Item ribbon, click the arrow next to
Unstack and choose 
Current Page

Click the right mouse button, point to Unstack on the shortcut menu, and then choose
Current Page.
