To remove pages from a multi-page item PaperPort unstack Removing pages from a multi page item

You can remove, or unstack, one page from a multi-page PDF or PaperPort Image (.max) item or you can unstack all the pages within the item to receive a set of single-page items.

This feature enables you to move, delete, or replace pages from a multi-page item without disturbing other pages.

To remove all pages

  1. On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.

  2. On the Item ribbon, click the arrow next to  PaperPort unstack Removing pages from a multi page item Unstack and choose PaperPort unstack all pages Removing pages from a multi page item All Pages

    Click the right mouse button, point to Unstack on the shortcut menu, and then choose All Pages.

To remove a single page

  1. On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.

  2. Use the Page Navigator to display the page you want to remove.

  3. On the Item ribbon, click the arrow next to  PaperPort unstack Removing pages from a multi page item Unstack and choose PaperPort unstack current page Removing pages from a multi page item Current Page

    Click the right mouse button, point to Unstack on the shortcut menu, and then choose Current Page.
