Import File

You can bring in, or import, files created in other programs to the PaperPort desktop.

 

Access this dialog box by clicking the PaperPort button and selecting PaperPort import Import File Import File from the drop-down list.

 

In the Import File dialog box, specify the type of files to be imported and select the desired files from the list. Multiple selection is allowed. This feature generates a copy for each off your source files to PaperPort under their original file names and extensions so you can make full use of relevant PaperPort tools.

The PDF and image file types you can import to the PaperPort desktop include:

  • Graphic Interchange Format (.gif)

  • JPEG (.jpg)

  • PaperPort Image (.max)

  • PC Paintbrush (. pcx)

  • PCX Multi-page (. dcx)

  • Portable Document Format (.pdf)

  • Portable Network Graphics (. png)

  • Tagged Image File Format (.tif)

  • Windows Bitmap (.bmp)

Choose All files (*.*) in the file type selection box to see other file types as well.
