Move to Folder (item)
Select one or more items and click the Move to Folder button in the Item ribbon.
In the Move to Folder dialog box, navigate to the folder to which you want to move the selected item or items, and then click OK. You can create new subfolders and move items to those subfolders to suit any organizational need.
Tip
You can also use the mouse to drag and drop an item onto a folder in the Folders pane or to the destination workspace if you have a split desktop (PaperPort Professional only).
