To e-mail a PowerPoint presentation

You can convert a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation into a PDF file and then e-mail the PDF to your colleagues.

First, set the Print to PaperPort option to print to the PDF format.

To tune this option, click on the PaperPort button, choose PaperPort options E mailing a PowerPoint presentation Options, and then select the Item tab. In the PaperPort Image Printer file type box, specify the PDF file type you prefer. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Open the presentation in the PowerPoint program.

  2. On the File menu, choose the Print command.

  3. In the Print dialog box, choose PaperPort Image Printer.

  4. Click OK.

This process prints the presentation as a PDF file that you can then share as an e-mail attachment.
